Plastic Formed Faces

Vacuum formed lexan pan faces have many options to add dimension, and to add detail. Smooth lexan pan faces can be painted on the second surface of clear lexan. Smooth, white lexan pan faces can be decorated using vinyl of the first surface. More dimension can be added to formed faces by embossing the logo and copy. Custom shapes can also be achieved using custom molds and dies. 

Painted Lexan Faces

Decorated smooth lexan faces are painted on the second surface. Embossed faces are also painted on the second surface, and they can be painted up to four colors. 

Embossed Faces

Custom dies can be cut and applied to the mold to add extra dimension to the faces. Dies can be 1/4", 1/2", or 3/4" thick dies. The embossed portions of the face can be painted different colors and also contain outlines. 

Blank Lexan Faces

Blank clear and white lexan faces can also be provided and decorated by customers. Blank faces can be decorated by customers using vinyl, paint, or a digital printer.
